The working principle of high pressure ball machine

And also, it’s not enough to make a ball if the feeding quantity is too small. So Proficiency in operation skills is an important condition to guarantee the normal work of the pressure ball machine.
The protection device of high press machine is according to press oil into the cylinder by hydraulic pump, make the seat of piston be changed, The front connector of piston head on the bearing seat in order to meet the requirements of production pressure. When the two press roller feeder too much or send a metal block, the rod of piston stand the pressure overload, hydraulic pump will stop, the accumulator plays a buffer role for changing the pressure, the overflow valve makes the oil return, the changed seat of piston rod makes the press roller gap increased so that something hard will pass out.system pressure recovery normal, and protect the pressure roller from damaged.
